I never faced any serious problem but Price of spare parts(brake pads, chain, etc) are high, only 2 can ride. rear brake pads last 9000 km(Rs.1116) front lasts abt 12000km(Rs.900). another con is no chain cover so maintenance is difficult. Doesn’t looks smart for 6ft guy. But rest are very good. you... can drive at 100kph for several km no probs, milege, ride is very good the sixth gear really makes a huge difference. If you love to drive at good speed but want a very smooth ride buy this. City drive is very safe as braking and balance is very good. Dont buy fazer because of high price but nothing new which is essential that huge tyre really puts huge pressure on engine which is visible in older bikes. ZMR is good but milege will give you problem. Pulsar 180 is good not 220 but after time engine doesn’t perform as it should, reason not a refined engine also weight distribution on both tyres is very bad front part damps on every braking so not safe. In 150cc class check also suzuki GSX150r, CBZ. In 200+ go for ZMR not P220. above 250 buy enifield it has a different class no one can touch. My choice is By performance - ZMR By Performance, technology and balance - R15 By efficiency GSX150R, CBZ By price GSX150R, CBZ By Class/Personallity enifieldRead More

It is not always with the engine it can be how you drive, if you drive in such a area where you cant use every gear or your average speed is 20-25kph you cannot get good mileage. your average speed should be 30-40 then mileage will increase. also if at lower speeds you are using higher gear piston r...ings will slip so engine will under perform in long run, as you say it is 4500 km old. so try remember if you did anything such. also if you can remember you had assembled your tire properly after service if assembly is not perfect some friction will reduce engine performance, to check it drive another such bike and check engine taco readings with corresponding speed and make a note. Now do this with your bike and compare if both are not same then eiter wheel assembly is not perfect or you have damaged your engine somehow.Read More
