Hi appy2b, Surely they travelled with tickets, but since it was not a planned journey, so they took general train tickets. They are not aware that they will need those tickets as future proof. If there will be any deliberate attempt then it is not required to mention all the details but it wou...ld have been sufficient for any body to just give any hypothetic situation in which a fracture can happen at home itself. However we explained the whole thing in good faith.
