I am not really a great fan of McDonald's... it's not about the food or the prices... it's about their approach to Customer Service. It disappoints, it mystifies and it sucks. They behave as though they don't want customers at their outlets.

I agree... the very concept of MouthShut is an excellent one, and extremely useful for making informed purchase decisions. However, the site needs to optimize its performance. Sometimes it's so slow that one forgets what one came to the site to review!

A favourite since my childhood - the taste has changed a wee bit over the years, but it is still a wonderful product and fairly consistent. However, I honestly feel the advertising (the television campaign) kind of cheapens the product (in addition to insulting one's intelligence). The 'Pitaji Ka Pa...tloon' ad was terrible! The one with the Sofa was as bad. The current one about sneaking away with Pitaji's car is a shade better only because of the performance put in by the actor playing the fuming Pitaji.Read More
