Hi - my biggest fear is of communal riots and violence in India - does anyone feel unsafe in India? And my biggest problem here in US is - no family (my family can move here, but they will also not feel completely at home). And doctors and medical system in USA are not - yeah -- you heard me right! ...I have faced problems so many times - scared to go through that again.
