I was told you can close this policy after 3 year when i asked to close my policy they said we will charge surrender charges approx. 8000 at that time the fund value was 40000 (i invested 36000). They suggested if you close after 5 years no charges w...ill be taken. When i visited after 5 year to Metlife office they told me your policy already has been closed in march 2013 we deducted 7200 surrender charges you have 16000 rs in you amount and you can take it any time. Plz surrender this immediately otherwise you will get nothing after 10 years. I also had a policy started in 2008 12000 yearly.
