Here is an Update, 5 months after the service disconnection, they contacted me last week saying I have to pay 1500/- for not returning the modem, even though I returned it on 14/12/2013 and have the CPE removal letter with me. And they threatened to file a case in Delhi court, if I refuse to pay.... I have asked them to go ahead with their case, and I am ready to face legal charges. I read the reviews of Tikonsa and I can't believe it has 67% approval while better providers like Airtel have 20+%. I took the connection back on 30 Oct 2013, and as of Today Nov 28 2013, I have raised about 27 tickets with the customers, for issues ranging from no internet connection to bad ...Read more
