Its a charge card wherein you will have to make the payments in full. There is not minimum payment. They don't convert your payments into EMI. After two three month they might block your card for unspecified reason even if you have been paying all charges on time. They blocked my card saying my tran...sactions were business and i will have to furnish more details to continue using it. I provided the required documents. Its been one week i have not received any call backs !! Quite strange!! Today i called and there systems were down. Don't know whats happening. I have SBI and HDFC card and they have never troubled me for anything like this. I pay all my dues in full every billing cycle. Before i close the account they closed it. Read More

You are right. I am planning to lodge a complaint to government authority regarding thi s false selling. Every card has pre set limit which can be increased in few months seeing your credit history wherein in this case you do not even know how much you can swipe it for. I am using this American Express  gold card. One word " NEVER GO FOR IT" .
