Hello Anterpreet, As far as breaking distance is concerned ABS actually increases the breaking distance in an effort to prevent skidding. This fact is annotated clearly in the user manual issued with Innova.

I received an email from a qualified Automobile Engineer (US graduated) based in Chandigarh who anlyzed this problem very well. He appears to run a Motor Garage servicing top class SUVs.
