Hi 1457A, You mean to say that WS retail which has sold the product can sell any garbage and get away with it and Flipkart can also take shelter by saying that the seller won't accept. If this is so i have good business idea, we go around the shops and buy all the damaged/defective products... (not visible) and then sell to the buyers through e-commerce sites with similar policies of Flipkart. I am sure 90% of the buyers will tear the original box and so i will pocket money from these 90% products and try to refund to other 10% buyers. Can you please arrange for venture funding please and i can assure you with similar policies the payback period for the company would be less than a year. Madam, my local shopkeeper would have taken it without a second question if it is really a defective product and not subject us so many if's and but's. Lastly they lost a customer and hopefully this will alert many more prospective customers.Read More

Flipkart

Well my complaint is with WS retail only as they have shipped a defective product and the return policy includes return of original box, price label blah blah blah. They have built in so may requirements that the return of defective products becomes impossible. With this i have a fresh idea and m...ay be i can attract funding just like flipkart. You can go around buying all defective products from shops at dirt cheap rates and send it to customers who purchase through Flipkart type sellers. It keeps both WS retail and Flipkart happy but how long. ..... All the customers should unite and fight.Read More
