Where do you get parking (sales told it is below your flat, but later they have provided 500 mtrs away) 4. what are the provisions for differently enabled persons (not one building or confirming to the law) 5. Check all legal documents, check if possession date is with all legal documents ? (here some have possession without completion certificate) Currently there are lot of issues around maintenance, water, electricity and quality of delivered product. same here, I was told about the 3 year thing, and I did not go through the policy document. Such a cheater they are, employees are training to cheat, as long as they generate the business to sustain in the job...
