Jan-2020 I think BSNL has stopped attending customer service calls. I am trying to call them to know how to apply for a duplicate SIM card but no one picking up the call after staying on line for 15 mins. I already tried twice now.

After more than 2 years of usage, it's battery stopped working. Thankfully got a new one through Amazon at Rs1300. Now it's working fine. Let see how long it stay alive..
