Dear GargGoldys, I do many purchases from Shopclues.com. I could not find that they cheat..but sometimes, the delivery delay occurs. and the product they deliver not to the quality they offered. Can not accept the statement as 'Cheat'. My experience that 'If they do not deliver the item, they de...posit the money back to the account'. The wording you are used looks like bullshit.. because..return-pickup the vendor usually take 3-4 days and deliver the same again will take minimum 4-5 days. How come you got the same in 5th day ??? I am doing online shopping since years.. i have tried various vendors.. but failed with KAUNSA.COM, b...ecuase full-tooo cheating. I will suggest the customers not to..repeat.. not to purchase anything from KAUNSA.COM. The money paid for a Motorola device Rs. 3565 and they have assured the delivery on 10th July, 2013. Surprise, numerous follow-up. no money refund as of date. ' But..the experience I had with KAUNSA.COM.. horrible.. pathetic.. ufffff.. I left with no words.
