@kk1980 I think u got ur answer from nikkipolya, I am also big fan of TATA but TATA indicom and TATA Docomo are spoiling the Image of Brand TATA in India... TATA must act fast either shut down or improve services. For your info TATA Indicom Data services even didnt exist in Rural area if u trav...el in different part of India, I have used TATA and Reliance data card in ROHINI, DELHI which didn't look like Rural to me.. :)Read More

Hi Jaya... I am agree with the issue you have raised... but BSNL is having average 100 sites in a district so xerox machine at each site is not possible,.. while some sites have xerox machines...hope in future bsnl will look at these issues. Now 3G Data cards are available at Customer centers at... HYD..One more suggestion... BSNL is govt organization they have more than 3.15 lakh employees out of which 3.0 lakh employees are above 50 yr..you can't throw them out they have served nation for more than 100 years....they are now days improving work culture. so better talk with some New JTO/TTA in office.. they are young and new people definately serve you better.Read More
