Very true. The concept called 'customer service' seeme to have the last priority on Ashok Nagar Reliance's list. I really do not understand how anyone can tap the retail sector with zero interest in customer service? Rotten vegetables seems to be the order of the day @ Ashok Nagar Reliance Fresh
