Guys.... a free advice from one of the victims trapped by the offers of BOP. Let me just give a brief about the company:
BOP is nothing but a brokering firm which work for commission from the homebasics. They'll try their best to attract customers by means of referral incentive amount which the b...uyer would get after the agreement is duly signed between buyers and homebasics. But frankly speaking .... once you book the flat. Their work is done . No more response from BOP.. Not only that.. no sooner the flats are sold out, you'll get to know that all of the sales guy who used to contact you before buying would have either resigned or they'll just packed their bags and move out. One of its projects where I invested was DLF Woodland Heights, Bangalore
This is not applicable only to its site office but also to their head office.
