Yes Pravin bro u r right, the gearbox of the pulsar sucks & the bajaj service center as well sucks. I suggest you go to Castrol Bike Zone, they really understand you and your bike. Don't worry about the Warranty coz its already over. You need to take good care of the bike, Castrol bike guys takes go...od care of it, as if this is their bike. About me I myself do all the services in the bike like Oil Change, Chain Setting, Air Filter Cleaning, Clutch Setting, Spark Plug Cleaning, Carburetter Setting and above all Washing. So don't just depend on the mechanic, if you love your bike do care about it. Take it to the nearest and good mechanic you will see the difference. Rest in next take care bye...Read More

Thats the same way what i feel abt my Pulsar 180 Dtsi when i bought it on 3 feb 2006, yes the only thing bad is the gear box. superb mileage,great pickup16.5 bhp,revs up like a rocket, i am getting 55 when i ride it in the speed of 65 kmph, one thing what i want to say abt the bike is 'Super Bike fo...r India by an Indian' Thats it dude!!!Read More
