Since I posted my review, I've been comparing prices... it was amusing to see on travel.indiatimes.com, AD tickets on BLR-Cochin going MORE expensive than Indian for the 'convenient' evening timings it has.
This is absolutely hilarious, I've never seen this flight going ON-TIME and its still ave...raging >4hrs delay each way. And you pay abt 450Rs more for this than Indian!!
Maybe Indian is pretty bad too... havent checked it but with afternoon scheduled flights I think it will get you thru same day at least!
And pleeease do compare BLR - Chennai, Air Deccan w. Paramount:
For a trip say 11Aug to Chennai and back 15Aug to BLR, for 1 person at approx comparable comfortable timings (afternoon/ early evening)
Paramount is just 345 Rs costlier than AD!!!!! (2024x2 - 3703).
Do remember Paramount is being recommended by 90% on MS, one of the highest ever, and offers business class comforts at this price!

Just finished a trip to Kerala (Nedmubassery airpt) by Air Deccan from BLR.
Awesomely both flights were absolutely on time... ON THE DOT!!!! :-) Same experience for my brother on BLR-MUM sector twice now.
