Alok - There is nothing to worry about, as a part of process they should refund the octroi paid by you. Please log a services request with their team and send a scanned copy as a proof. Jitesh

Just to add further to my feedback, I escalated this matter to the top officials in India Plaza and I got my Octroi amount back. Thanks and Regards, Jitesh
