I happened to meet the sales rep who sold me when i went to the show room. The display board for this model still says 18.9km under ''testing condition''. When I told sales rep, we are getting below 14, she started telling the truth. The testing condition means you are driving on high way without st...oppage, then also it does not give that. I asked the technician, he said that's for 5th gear. Now sales rep says she knows this vehicle gives max 14 to 15km/l. This means Maruti knows all this but customers are taken for a ride by quoting high and giving a rider that it's in testing condition just to be in competition with others. Unfortunately I lost the trust with maruti that i had built with the company for the last 9 years.
