Any kind of constructive criticism is appreciated unlike people who just write filth on the internet. Shyjus I am sorry to hear what has happened to you. You better visit the builder and ask them to fix it or at least ask them to look into the matter. Vishwanath you must understand that ...people post only their bad experiences on the internet. I posted this review because whatever the deal I got made me really happy. Considering the number of apartments constructed by the company and the number of complaints against few of their properties is very less. Even good builders like prestige have bad reviews, heck one of their under construction building completely collapsed. Still people buy from them. Like I said before, you just have to be lucky to get a good deal.Read More

Jhony_joseph How can you call me an insider when I myself am urging people to visit where I live. None of the residents in Royal Manor have any complaint about the builder. You're more than welcome to visit this project and talk to all of us. Instead of just posting jargon please try to post... your personal experience with the builder and let the viewers decide. If your one of those unlucky customers from one of their singasandra project then I understand your pain. You must understand all the builders are the same and its obvious that you just have to be lucky to get a good deal. I don't quite remember the project name but I don't see any of their residents from Royal citadel,lake bay,lake tower etc post anything about the property even though all of these properties are in very close proximity. Aratt is actually a good builder. I am staying in of their projects in HSR layout called Royal Manor and my brother has invested in their project in whitefield. You should visit this project to get an idea of the builder,talk to the residents and decide for yourself. The apartments are very big and ...the ventilation is impeccable. 80% carpet area is provided and amenities are also pretty good.
