Worst ever travel experience with Air Deccan

I booked three tickets in Air Deccan from Chennai to B'lore on May 1st and the flight was suppose leave Chennai at 9:15pm. I was also booked on the same flight from B'lore to Chennai on 18th May. Since I could get hold of a CSR over the phone and explained about my previous week's plight she was considerate enough to reschedule me to an 5pm flight. Which took off at 6.15pm from BLR and until it took off none of the Air ...Deccan staff would know whether the flight is on time or off time or had an accident in mid air anything at all. Inspite of all that I reached Chennai at 7pm and took another 45 minutes to get my luggage.
