Within 12 hrs, received update from YEPME through MOUTHSHUT that the partial order has been dispatched & refund been initiated for the remaining.!!
Order placed on 12th May. No responses for any of my complaints for the past 10 days. But NOW, received a first call from YEPME, that too, within few mins. after posting here in MOUTHSHUT. A girl from YEPME C care team promised that 3 products(out of 6) in the order will be delivered within 72 h...rs & the refund for the remaining three will be done in 72 hrs.
