Thank you for your very delayed response. The only way i could resolve all the problems that I had with the $2,300 Bosch refridgerator that i purchased in 2013 was to sell it Within a year of purchase. I notifed the craigs list purchaser of all the problems i had with the refridgerator. I lost $1,70...0 selling it, but seeing it go out the door was one of the best days of my life. After numerous repairs and serivce calls the discharge of ice any time of the day or night continued and never got resolved. The inital service compnay stopped working on Bosch refridgerators because Bosch wouldnt pay for the repairs needed and the service company could deal with the overall poor quality of Bosch products. The way you could make me happy and i would stop posting negative reviews of your product would be to send me a check for $1,700.Read More
