Cherul, you seem to be some sort of senior when it comes to ignorancy.
a. If you have a problem with any company, anywhere in world, you can launch an FIR in your local police station. No need to rush to Allahabad
b. Getting on with the 'scam' information, in this forum people come only because ...they have problems. So if you do a poll for any product you will get a good percentage of heartbreaks. You talk about sueing a company by reading reviews? are you talking about a PIL?? How do you know that half the people here have not been contacted and redressed by the company.
Yes freedom of spech is important and at the same time companies go wrong with indivisuals, but acting like this is not gonna solve anything.
People have complained about 10K deposit, dont you do a 1.5 K deposit with an airtel post paid? and dont they cut off your services once that limit is reached? whats wrong with that??
People have also complained of auto deduction. A) this has been pre communicated B) For god sake you get that bill becuase you are travelling ... rt ? where is company going to collect maney from you???

I am suprized at your impatience. The fact is that the money is blocked by Matrix, and reveresed after accounting for the bill that has been generated.
