I am not a manager. I am purely into Architecture & Planning. I agree that in such huge organizations, not everyone can get as much growth as one expects. I also agree that over the last few years, the quality of IBM has somewhat diminished, however that's only in their services side. And that is du...e to cut throat competition to cut costs, and add more numbers in employee strength. Perhaps that's the nature of services industry. I am not sure if people in this forum are aware what innovations IBM Research Team is doing. The mantra is simple. If you don't like or enjoy something, just move on.
