Hi Cilena, Thanks for ur advice,actually I am continuously contacting them on their email ID as well as I am contacting IRDA(Insurance Regulatery Authority) and CRO of Aviva life Insurance but not getting satisfactory result from them.They are trying to move me round and round on their answer.
