what exactly does maxbupa mean? is it just a company name registered with the govt? no Maxbupa is a team with some xyz standards. If some agents dont follow the rules they should be kicked out. Balls to maxbupa and their standards. If you talk about standards and procedures here are some facts. 1) when you apply for the maxbupa policy you dont have to submitt any identity documant. you know why bcoz sometimes you tend to make mistake while writing the name , later if there is a misma...tch then you are screwed. If they had standard they should verify the name with a standard document or GOVT id proof. 2) Even when you mention to the agent of maxbupa that you have 'XYZ' medical issue or an desease they will never mention it in the document bcoz ... they want the policy to be approved . There is always a chance that the policy applier might not be called for medical. YES its a fact not all people are called for medical. If there is not medical and you fall sick due to some reason they will not pay you back your claim saying that you had not mentioned it earlier. I would say never GO for MAXBUPA they really sucks. My self parag Mohan shetgaonkar, I Am the managing director of Indelible Technologies. I have made policies just for the founders of the company that is.. Policies are 1) Parag Mohan shetgaonkar -- Partner 1 sonali Palyekar Hemlata shetgaonkar 2) Vinod B C -- Second Partner & Family ... -- Kanta B L -- Basavaiha Chandrashekhar 3) Bhanuchandar K -- Third Parther & Family his mother and father Policy claim respose was applied for Kanta B L --- > rejected saying we did not inform about the diabetes and sonali Palyekar --- > just rejected no reason was given Your Policy agents suck big time, they lied to us each and every time. In the process you have lost around the policy that we would have made for the employees also. Luckily we didnt opt for the policy for the employees, would have lost huge amount of money for nothing. Secondly Let me inform you, we are android apps and gaming company with over 10 million users using our app monthly. If I face any kind of abuse from your agents or any hassel while claiming refunds, mark my words I shall run the campaign in all my android apps for indian users against MAXbupa, and trust me will hit you hard.
