hermit, I esacated this issue to omdusman who called me once & told me that they'll fix a meeting with HR & my Manager. When I reached to that meeting, HR was already there, & I came to know from my colleagues that he was sitting there from 1 hour. I sent my appreciations to my tower head & showed t...hem to HR & my Manager again. But, again they had the same reply but in a diplomatic way 'Amrit, we know you worked very hard & got so many appreciations. Next time we'll definitly do better to you'. In fact, Client has requested n number of times to my manager to send me for a training so that I'll be well versed in the technology & will go for next level of work which client have in queue... But that also didn't happen coz as per my manager I got bad rating to go for training.....Read More
