I have purchased 1 No. Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi Zxi Diamond white car vide your Retail Invoice No. R 030/2006-07 dated 15.05.2006 bearing Engine No. 6TB6525 under two year extended warranty. In the said vehicle air suck pipe of engine is provided near the edge of bonnet end. Therefore while rain drops ...falls on the bonnet it slides down and falls on the air suck pipe and it is sucked through the pipe which enters into the engine, this is purely design fault. The said vehicle has run in normal rain fall and water level on paver road on was of 75mm only. When the engine has failed surprisingly due to above reason, we have sent the vehicle to your workshop for finding out the cause of such happening and to rectify and remove the above fault under warranty in view of the obligations created under the warranty. It is stated that your officers instead of finding out and concentrate on the root cause of the said trouble you have projected negative side of the picture and falsely alleged that the said vehicle has run in high water level which is not so because the water level on the paver road was much below to the ground clearance level. Looking to above mention clear fact and genuine reasons , In spite of giving free replacement of engine, which is our legitimate right from the manufacturer, you have given us the estimate for chargeableRead More
