That isn't true Mr. Rishe. Actually, Darode Jog builders are known to be mischevious and not deliver projects on time. They divert the investor money into their other projects to find investors for other projects, while saving on paying interest to the bank. They are cheats of highest order

Completely agree with you Mr. Srivastav. I have faced similar problems and unprofessional and irresponsible conduct by the Darode Jog people. They are the worst builders in the country today. Would dissuade people from ever investing in anything, where Mr. Jog is involved in any way.

Completely disagree with your experience Mr. Sandy. In their project named 'Liviano' in Kharadi, they have taken 95% of the total payment from the residents and not given possession in the past 3 years. They are the biggest cheaters in real estate industry

I completely disagree with you atharva. I have had a completely opposite experience with Darode Jog Would like to inform all of you, that Darode Jog is a cheat and his team is known to have fooled and betray their customers. Their projects NEVER EVER complete on time, and the delays are significa...nt(upto more than 5 years). Would request you to never invest in any Darode Jog property ever! I have invested and now I am ruing my decision. I have invested in the Liviano Project, and the project is getting indefinitely delayed(already delayed by over 2 years and still there is no clue of when we will get possession). On reaching out, the team keeps on delaying response - saying that they would contact me on a specific date, but there is never a response from their end. The rumours are that they have invested the amount collected for the Liviano project in some other project and hence the construction of the site has stopped. One of the biggest cheaters in real estate space in the country.Read More

@vedavikas77: I understand construction may not be as simple, but I am sure that if there are some obstacles, and Mr. Darode Jog is not cheating customers, he would have the courtesy to come ahead and talk to the customers and tell them what is the problem.
