Dear Ravish, Please go through the review comments of IFB. We are users of IFB front load washing machine. The product is good till the time you don't need to call their technicians/service folks. The moment you call their service centres, your perception towards company will come down exponentially.... Don;t select the product ONLY from their product details, rather evaluate the Total cost of your Ownership (TCO), where the major part is the After Sales Service. We have LG products, Samsung Products, IFB, etc... when it comes to after sales service IFB is far far below. Once you register your complaint, the service centres (franchisees) show you their real face of un-professionalism. They will give you lame excuses like, loacked door, unattended phone & will close your complainta, without even letting you know, while you will be waiting for them to visit you, which means there is no control over quality processes . For same fault, you have to raise new complaints every week. Complaint 10274437, dated 28th November 2012, rectified after approx 2-3 months. Complaint no 12705641, raised 3 times, pending till date since Feb2014. I have provided you hard data, so you can well imagine the plight of IFB consumers...
