Omkara, a contemporary adaptation of Shakespeare’s tragedy Othello, set in western Uttar Pradesh, quenches a long felt thirst of the ‘hindi belt’ which has highly been neglected by the new age hindi filmmakers. Although the movie is high on drama, utmost care has been taken to keep the film clos...Read more

I saw the movie just an hour before. Immediately after watching the movie I felt an instant urge to pee in the director's mouth. Manish Jha. For him that'll probably be the most modest punishment. Otherwise, the director and his entire team deserve to be castrated. I wonder how they are moving f...Read more

This is not a blog where we are discussing the condition of Bihar. Punching some buttons on a keyboard is too easy. If you have the guts, repeat the words which you have written, in front of me. I can assure you that you'll never be the same. Don't give too much pain to the filthy lump in your... head 'coz you know nothing about Bihar. Pickup any history book (provided you are literate enough) and turn the pages (spanning 560 B.C.-1980 A.D.), you will realize that the land which you idiot is referring to as an appendix is actually the heart of India (and has always been). For your help, you can visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bihar (‘coz I know you only play with mouse and keys). The history of India was designed and developed by Bihar and the future too will follow the same course. Don’t worry for Bihar, we have enough intellects to take care of the whole country. At least we have the people with brains matured enough, to not get inspired by a piece of shit! P.S.: For those other than Mr. Prashanth, please ignore this comment. It was not intended to raise regionalistic feelings. But, I think Mr. Prashanth desperately needed to hear something. Read More

With some disappointing events (the Naxal attack in Bihar) already spoiling the mood of the republic day, watching a film like 'Rang de Basanti' added substantially to that. The film starts with a poetic note in the alpha brass voice of Aamir Khan. In the first few minutes it tries to set the mo...Read more
