Be careful with wallet usage. it’s one time use and if you cancel your order for whatever reasons money is gone.I already lost 4K wallet money and lost 34K for receiving a damaged product. They said the damage was done by me ! Pathetic pepperfry

I got an update from MMT. They said that the ticket was cancelled by Air India but owing that i have used their services they offered me a discount coupon worth 8K. Although not happy i have closed the loop by accepting it. But i had written to US DOT team who forwarded to US AI Office. AI Office... (Amy Tewari) reverted me after 15 days that the ticket was indeed cancelled by MMT. They also shared the ticketing status which shows that the ticket was cancelled by MMT on the same day it was issued. So i am thinking to go back why it was done but yet to decide whether to decline the discount coupon and fight back or just let it go with that compensation.Read More

I had escalated to Geeta Eral and Dhiraj Kalra this issue. I got a call from MMT stating that the ticket was cancelled due to class change by Air India so the confirmed seat was marked as 'Unconfirmed' !!! Hence passenger was not allowed to fly. I still dont understand how this could happen but felt... that anything can happen with MMT.
