But had I been representing amazon, I'd have given the discount and won a customer for life, and excellent word-of-mouth publicity. That is what customer delight and customer engagement is.In my view, this is 100 times better t...han spending crores on advertising. Besides there are other points also explaining why the experience was a bitter one, since they misled me and made me run around to police station thus creating false hopes.
