complaint: SHO, udyog vihar police station Gurgaon DEAR SIR, I AM AN AIR FORCE PERSONNEL SERVING AT AF STATION ,MAHARAJPUR GWALIOR. I HUMBLY BRING TO YOUR NOTICE FRAUD & .EXPLOITATION BY DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PVT LTD. KINDLY CONSIDER MY DETAILS & INITIATE FAVOURABLE ACTION: Complaint Des...cription: I ORDERED FOR A DATAWIND PRODUCT ONLINE PAYING FULL AMOUNT ONLINE ON 10 JUNE 2014. I RECEIVED THE ORDER ON 16 JUNE 2014 IN DAMAGED CONDITION. I LODGED A COMPLAINT VIDE THEIR ID- GL0621MP6174. I WAS ADVISED TO SEND THE PHOTOGRAPHS TO THE COMPANY SO THAT REVERSE PICK UP COULD BE ARRANGED. I WROTE TO ALL AGENCIES WITHIN 24 HRS. WAS ASKED TO GET REPLACEMENT SET FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE AT BHOPAL. WHEN THAT WAS APPROACHED, THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCT ON THE GROUND THAT THE COMPANY WILL ONLY REPAIR & DELIVER BACK THE ITEM AFTER A MONTH OR TWO AT LEAST. I WAS ASKED BY CUSTOMER CARE TO LEAVE THE PRODUCT WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE ANY RECEIPT. THE CUSTOMER CARE THEN ASKED ME TO SEND THE ITEMS THROUGH A COURIER TO THEIR GURGAON OFFICE AT MY COST. WHEN I INSISTED ON FREE REVERSE PICK UP, I WAS ASSURED TO BE GIVEN THE CODE BUT LATER NO REPLY CAME. WHEN I ENQUIRED AGAIN, THE REVERSE PICK UP WAS REFUSED BY THE COMPANY. MY EFFORTS TO PERSUADE THE COMPANY YIELDED NO RESULTS. MOST OF THE TIME THEY DIDN'T PICK UP THE PHONE. AND WHEN THEY PICKED UP, THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD BUT NEVER RETURNED, AND IF THEY RETURNED THEY DISCONNECTED WITHOUT SPEAKING A SINGLE WORD FURTHER. I JOINED A GROUP OF CUSTOMERS WHO KEPT CREATING AWARENESS THROUGH THE SOCIAL MEDIA. WE POSTED OUR COMPLAINTS THERE ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR SOME DAYS. THEN MR RAJEEV KOCHHAR OF DATAWINDCORP.COM CALLED ME UP AND OFFERED TO GIFT ME LEATHER BAG FOR THE TABLET IN RETURN FOR MY PAYING THE RETURN COURIER CHARGES AND PROMISED ME TO SEND THE REPLACEMENT ITEMS WITHIN 03 DAYS. Can we SUPPORT this peaceful revolution? My dear Sir, Because this is India & you know things will move like that.... hence this careless / casual or negligent approach is tolerated by the most of your customers. But beware! India has decided to wake up and the Indian Customers... will take their toll on you. Only because the Indian Govt endorsed you in their plans to re-discover India you managed to get customers flocking at your products. But things will quickly be changed to show you your true worth. Let us hope you too wake up to the call of the Indian customers or else India will find another 'Gandhi' marching off to begin another revolution and it will be then too late for you to survive. beware of being exploited by DATAWIND/UBISLATE Can we take up the mission to start a revolution. Dear Sir/Madam, Datawind complaints are not resolved in INDIA. They are cheating Indian students. Nobody listens. We will leave no stones unturned to ensure that no Datawind product...s are sold across the globe. An agitation through social media (new Gandhism is found) is soon going to begin. We have our money trapped with such a negligent company who is selling their scrap in India & other countries. Thousands of sold U/S sets (from customers) are held with the company in INDIA awaiting replacements / refunds from months together. They are buying time / harassing / giving fake assurances. All sets sold in INDIA need to be withdrawn from customers and the money be refunded or all wings of Datawind will have to suffer complete rejection from its prospective customers across all countries. Chor company...DATAWIND/Ubislate Dear friends/sufferers & those who wanted to use UBISLATE MOBI-SURFERS, Kindly read this before you post anything about DATAWIND. Do your homework : first download our prohibiting posters/photographs with respect to DATAWIND, upload on your FB/social media account,... then post your remarks or else others won't come to know about the fraud at national level, see they have deleted all such sensitive posts from their page, the war much go on. We must not rest. I have posted the same to my friends in UK/US/Canada/India (and got assurances of their support from them) and simply to every person I come across on FB so as to ensure fast progress of our awareness drive against such a company which is exploiting the poor students & others with false assurances. They are selling their rejected items/scrap collected from all over the world with a fresh price tag & packaging, primarily in India. I urge all Indians to join this cause. Their service centres are not function, delivery system is fragile and the customer service is just like designed to spitting on our faces, no co-ordination between its various departments, no sharing/redressal of our concerns, no hope, no spirit of innovation, careless in dealings/procedures, with heaps of all this conspicuously evident & disgusting recordings available with some of our friends....Kindly keep all recordings of your calls to DATAWIND.... and post it on your own page for all to get the true state of affairs of this company, ask the customer care representatives to repeat their name (2-3times) and keep copies of all this with you ready for your claims through consumer courts.
