This is a height of fake customer service , read following reply by fake clues customer support team on one of my tickets:

These guys are totally incompetent , the shipment returned directly from delhi and the destination was in pali(rajasthan), It returned from delhi coz the seller didn't pay taxes. They never intended to deliver it , and this customer support is telling me that they tried to deliver it , deliver it where , r u trying to find rajasthan in delhi. The courier receipt attached with the review clearly shows that it was return coz the same was requested by the merchant. I will update the attachment with the delivery confirmation to the seller shortly by editing this review. These guys are a bunch of crooks , b**st*rds.Read More

Order id : 21062723 and 21062951, Now i see the same product is sold at cheaper rate, still i am the suffered with my ~225k still in dispute with CC company.

Please stay away from these fake clues and its sellers, its a complete fraud company with fraud sellers. Hehe it also depends upon your luck. While the deals are attractive, but its better to call the merchant/vendor and confirm the terms of the deal and not believe solely on snapdea...l commitments (they have faltered badly with some big deals)Read More

I got the refund on last saturday exactly after 20 days of the transacting with snapdeal. A sincere request to snapdeal is please follow proper guidelines/screening of the vendor/merchant his service commitment etc. before entering into a deal agreement with them. Also be very specific on the penalt...y clauses, avoid gray areas etc. in the deals.
