Yes of course, but sometimes it is not possible to check all the items all the time. Sometimes you may be busy. And that is where your trust in the site lies. flipkart and some other sites are one of those whom u can trust.

Placed an order for a Casio watch via order no. #100523358 from pepperfry on 11 February. Received on 25th February after such a long delay and patience. And when I opened the packet, it was empty!!!
