Review of a product on the site is very important. Example, in Flipkart, before buying I study the reviews below the product. Reviews help me to decide on the products. Example for a particular product, when I was reading the reviews, I found one bad rating saying there are no glowing light on tha...t electronics item when in operational. And I found the right product as I didn't need a glowing light on that as it disturbs. I immediately ordered that. Reviews are important and critical success factors for an online store.Read More
