I am using IFB for last 1.5 years ,but it went into problem more than 10 times. And all the time called the customer service time, i had very very poor responds only. So again i defend my statement'' Do not buy IFB washing machines''

I purchased 5 KG digital, front load washing machine one year back. The kind of service you get from IFB customer service is the worst one. As per their customer service policy, the technical person has to address the issue within 24 hours, but the technical person will show up only after 6 or 7...Read more
