I disagree, I had a wonderful experience with HDFC last month. Very professional, accessibility to people within organization for queries is fantastic. I understand that Sales boys do mess up and so did mine but the loan officers at the branch handled the problem and sorted it out in no time. They g...enerally take 7 days for sanctioning the loan and another 5 days to give you the money if it a resale property like mine. I would recommend HDFC housing any day. Way better than all the govt and Pvt Banks. Try there online approval it's called instant home loans, simply outstanding, you even get a e-approval letter and call back in 30 mins. Plus the process kicks off in 24 hrs.Read More

I disagree, I just took a loan for a property in Vasant Kunj last month. HDFC was very helpful and everything happen on time
