Thats r experience what u have written, ask any person who has his dream and has patience to achieve it, Mumbai is the place to be not Bombay, i think u had a different city in mind, some prior 'blocks' which could connect u to real Mumbai. People here are the friendliest and tolerable than any part... of the country, i can bet on it blindly. As far as the rains are concerned u have adapt to it if you are comnig from a desert.
