Kolte-Patil is not a new brand in town. It is one of the oldest real estate groups and has really contributed a lot to Pune's real estate.They have more than 30+ years of experience. Don't you think that a brand that has survived for so long must be having something really good? I am living ...in one of their projects and I have never faced any issue. It depends from person to person. So try the brand by yourself. I personally found their planning and architecture very good. They never waste any space.
