I actually tried selling my membership on Quikr etc. I was stunned to see more than 50+ seller there already in queue to sell their CM membership!! Annual charges is a big scam by Club Mahindra. I did overall calculation of money invested by me + annual charges paid by me till date + future payouts on annual charges.
