I`m doing an apple to an apple comparison here.After flying a good many Airlines I think that AirAsia is doing good for the mass consumers...really cheap flights..sometimes at  0 dollars (excl airtax etc), brand new Airbus planes , clean enviroments , polite staff and I think it`s not bad at all...Read more

i beleive we are not seeing the whole picture as when you lose a baggage the customer service sucks,the keep you witing for months and tell you that it`s mate i`m sorry...

totally contradicts my expereience as they were not helpfull at all just ignoring my mails ,reports and never kept up with what they said.
