Hi Upadyay, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand I9802. When I called them the first time they said that the phone was there in their ware house at delhi... but not sure... as I read other reviews including yours... I was also lead to think the same that they might be purchasing it from local market... an...d providing some cheap duplicate stuff. but when I received my phone... it is 100% genuine samsung product... so what I will suggest is drop a mail and issue a case... BTW do u have AWB? did u called the courier company? I guess the main problem of india times is they have selected one of the worst courier company...Read More
