Dear friend look a copy of bounce of mail when I mail to loan department of hdfc bank and when contact to their other department they say we cannot forward this to loan department when i contact to customer care when I contact to complaint about the loan they put me on hold five times . beware of t...his type of service with loan department of hdfc bank.
