Kolkata club Ltd of Kolkata does not allow Jeans in the lounge. Well, They are definitely up-nosed, we have little to justify them, since the committe is mostly senior prosperous citizens, who never wore jeans, or need to, in their life. However, times are changing, & maybe they will also. The g...ame is to enjoy the facilities they are nurturing, while suffering their few idiosyncracies. Do we have an option? except to leave the valued club membership & its facilities. However, as for convenience, most jeans are tight fitting and bad for knee hair & skin. For cold climates, thick fabric is no doubt a must, as also for rough occupations, But one can easily buy tough fabric & get it tailored to requirement. Of course, one must be creative & one needs a sympathetic & capable tailor who will do it, most will laugh u out of their shops, fearing that yr type of trousers will make them a laughing stock, but a Suitable set of clothes is a real luxury, if u have the patience to get them made to yr requirement.Read More

So what if the world goes Ga Ga over Levi's. The cotton fabric absorbed body sweat , so it suited the customers well. Ho...Read more

Dentists are divided in their opinion over use of fluoride toothpastes. While some recommend use of fluoride as vital protection, others suggest to just rinse with a fluoride solution at night before bed. Some suggest to just get a fluoride coat done on the teeth for Rs.200/- every 6 months. The...Read more

By definition, indoor games are not open to sky. But they can be anything else. The functions of any game are mainly to pass time happily, enthusiastically, & in a way that it promotes health. I would personally recommend mixed dancing, not just slow, or the real fast disco ones, but reasonab...Read more

I use old design razor blades on the holders - with no gel or cream. Just wet the beard well with water - ( warm in winter ), & shave away - no problems at all. Gels or creams are just a hindrance & messy. The blades last me weeks - though never of Gilette, but Laser or Topaz Gold. The MNC blade...Read more

I enjoyed the film thoroughly - as a superlative piece of art, eroticism & photography. The acting was superb, along with the choreography, though some lyrics could have been better. So what if it bombed in the box office, or did not win filmfare awards. It is a well balanced film, and expresses... a lot of very subtle philosophies - unfulfilled love can lead to violence - after Asoka was told by Kaurvaki's general that she was dead. Asoka's subsequent marriage was not his First love, but out of idealism, hence his love emotions remained hungry - which he sought to fulfil thru power / & he found it easiest thru violence - in which he excelled.Read More
