I am sorry to say that your review on DRDO and ISRO is ignorant to the core. Looks like you have just written something just for the heck of writing and I am pretty sure that you have no idea of missile technology. And as scalpel21 has rightly mentioned, the basic fact about your view of outsourcing... defence projects is a clear manifestation of your limited knowledge of the running of a defence establishment. The review is well written and hence the rating VU. I also agree with you that the current government has done what the other governments could not do in the last 50 or so years. Some of the few things that I noticed from 1998's visit to the US to the present US is that an average American is abl...e to identify that there is a country called 'India' (believe me that there were quite a few Americans who didn't know about India and u may still find a few) and that too not because of any bad issues like terrorism (some of our privileged neighbours have gained this reputation on this basis is a different question all together). Preran, have rated this as VU coz of the wonderful way it is written than the content in it because of the basic fact that a common man would not come to know of the developments until it is proclaimed. And spending a few crores by the government for this cause is worth it because it has done be...tter than all previous governments put together. Very well written taz why I have rated it as VU. I agree with all your points too. NZL is one of the teams that can give a run for money for any team in the world.
