I agree with savindra .There is no shame in speaking hindi or their own mother tongue. But in this case company should make sure that there is no communication gap comes between customer and customer care executive because of language. Basically most of the south indian dont know hindi. It does not ...mean that they dont like hindi or they feel shame. They did not get chance to learn hindi.And also we dont want to feel shame if we dont know hindi. We should consider all languages as a communication channel.Read More
