plan: ION 50M50G-30L-1Mb The speed I get download 2 MBPs. The customer care have a lackadaisical attitude. Instead of listening to my complaint, they say it happens and have forwarded it to the local team. When I asked to be put to the Team Lead to speak, they say he is either not in office or ...busy somewhere and cannot be contacted. The customer care executive are rude and not customer friendly. My complaint was registered only after calling the customer service a second time. When asked to the customer care executive as to the issue of the slow internet connection, he bluntly replies me to take an SME connection if I need higher speed. this a new approach by DVOIS to cheat on customers This has been observed after the change in plans they have executed from Nov 2015 onwards.Read More
